Drea James Designs was started in 2008 as a way to indulge in my creative side. I seek out unique findings & gemstones that inspire my imagination through color, textures, meanings & histories and pull them together into designs to inspire & add to your own life adventures.

The name Drea James comes from a shortening of my middle name andrea, and james from my father's side - family legend is that we are descendants of the jesse james. drea was my alter ego but by now, we have melded and she's pretty much me and i'm pretty much her.
